Kathleen Fish has been a member of WIN since December 2020.

Kathleen represents the Salem Multicultural Institute. Founded in 1997 with a vision of fostering cultural understanding and unity, this nonprofit is dedicated to celebrating diversity through education, events, and meaningful connections.

Through initiatives like the World Beat Festival & World Beat Gallery, the Salem Multicultural Institute creates an inclusive and welcoming space for all, embracing the richness of cultures that make Oregon such a vibrant place to live. Their operating philosophy is simple but powerful: We all have something to learn from one another, and we all have something to teach.
