Jordan Ohrt is an Account Manager with Mission Healthcare which provides home health services throughout the Willamette Valley. 

Home health is a vital service that brings medical care directly into the homes of patients, especially seniors and individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. It includes skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy—all provided in the comfort and familiarity of one’s owns home, wherever that may be.
