Jocelyn DeMartino became a member of WIN in Jan 2025. She co-owner of DeMartino 5 Start Heating and Air a family owned business, founded in December 2023. They service Salem and surrounding areas, providing heating and cooling services and installation. 

Together this husband and wife duo started their adventure hoping to show their kids that hard work pays off. Eventually, planning to leave them the business as a legacy. 

The DeMartino's strive to make a difference in the lives of their family and the community they serve. We educate customers, show them the problems with their equipment so they know why they have problem and why it needs to be fixed.
