Jennifer Giese has been a member of WIN since January 2025.

She is the owner of SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem. From volunteering at assisted living facilities in middle school to building a career spanning over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Jennifer has dedicated her life to serving and caring for those within her community. Her roles have included CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), ER technician, Office Manager, and Administrator of a surgery center.

In 2021, Jennifer returned to her passion for working with older adults and in September 2024, turned her vision into reality by opening SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem. Her agency provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care to people of all ages and abilities. Their services include assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, transportation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily life. SYNERGY HomeCare's mission is to create a world of care at home for all.
